YOGA

 

Solange is a 200hr RYT certified yoga instructor with a focus in Jivamukti and Ashtanga. She is currently receiving a 500hr RYT in Chinese Katona yoga, focusing on energetics of the body and purification of the organs. She has 15 years of yoga practice and 7 years of gymnastics under her belt, 4 years of Brazilian jiu jitsu, recently receiving her blue belt and 4 years of Muay Thai. Solange's yoga classes are focused on breathwork, meditation, mobility, purification and strength. Each flow is qued connecting the breath to every movement, creating a sense of self-exploration while simultaneously developing energetic empowerment. Modifications are encouraged whenever necessary to support mind and body. By the end of the class you will feel confident, challenged and relaxed. Beginner mindset is encouraged!
